Byron Way is a specialty insurance executive with nearly 30 years of industry experience, recognized for his relationship-driven approach and commitment to long-term, sustainable growth. He and his wife, Amanda, have been married for over 25 years and reside in Dallas, Texas. Outside of work, Byron and Amanda enjoy being with their three children, traveling, and spending time in the Colorado Rockies.
Jon Hildebrand
Jon Hildebrand is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He was in the automotive industry for 25 years as the dealer principal for Chevrolet and Ford dealerships, as well as a vehicle upfitting company. He currently resides in Clear Lake Shores, Texas and is a Director of the Clear Lake Shores Economic Development Corporation.
Jack Way
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Jack works on the facultative side of HowdenRe, reporting into the London office. Jack began his career with Howden’s Property Facultative team in London before transitioning into underwriting at Skyward Specialty. He returned to Howden in 2025 as a U.S.-based FAC broker, supporting the firm’s continued growth in the American market.
Renee Montgomery
Renee Montgomery is a Certified Public Accountant and Secretary and Treasurer of The SLW Foundation. Renee lives in Houston with her husband of over 30 years and both love to travel and spend time with their family. Renee is passionate with various charities including the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
S. Lillian Way
Lillian Way is an Senior Associate in the Middle Market Banking group at Texas Capital Bank. She earned her degree from the Business School at Texas Christian University in 2022 and currently resides in Houston, Texas.
